Lovely bag but had to wait a long time for delivery
Absolutely love the quality of the bag and the fact it fits all my essentials for work. The only thing I would improve is the long detachable strap, it hangs way too low- the handbag is at my knees when I use the long strap. Slightly annoying as I’m going to have to get this fixed myself.

The change in our materials
A little over 18 months ago, we moved to leather... and in doing so, we lost some of the women who had grown with us from the beginning. We've spent that time listening, and this is our answer: a higher-grade vegan leather at true quality parity with leather, without the price difference, alongside a considered selection of leather and new Italian leather pieces for those who want the extra longevity and added sense of luxury it offers.
