Do you have a query about one of our products or a question about an order you’ve placed online? If so please don’t hesitate to get in touch and a member of our lovely customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible!

Please note our office opening hours are Monday - Thursday, 10am - 2pm (excluding bank holidays). We are not open on the weekend so any messages sent after mid day on Thursday will be responded to at the beginning of the following week. We aim to get back to your email within 3 working days and hope to help with any queries you may have.

If you are inquiring about a pre-order or personalised order please note all personalised items take up to 7 working days for us to hand personalise before shipment. Pre-order items will also have the estimated dispatch week on the exact product page on our website and you will receive a confirmation email once this has been dispatched.
