1. Pre-Order Products

A pre-order is an advance purchase of an item that has not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay in full at checkout and receive your item once available.

Pre-order dispatch:

Customised items: approx. 7 working days after release date.
Non-customised items: approx. 3–5 working days after release date.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready.If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we can arrange part-shipment for an additional £5.95.

2. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• All details you provide are accurate.
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• You have sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

Once payment is received, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This is not confirmation of acceptance. A contract is formed only once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Availability

We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices are correct. If an error is found, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.

All prices include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. During sale periods, free delivery offers may not apply.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch times are subject to stock availability. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy for detailed shipping information.

We are not responsible for postal delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Faulty Items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

• Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of purchase to hello@jlr-london.com with proof of purchase and photos of the fault.

• Once confirmed, we will provide either a replacement or refund upon return of the faulty item.

• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

6. Discounts & Promotions

• Discount codes apply to the order subtotal, excluding delivery.

• Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Discount codes are not valid on already discounted or outlet items.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time.

7. Customs & Duties

For international orders, JLR London may cover duties and taxes depending on the destination (see Delivery Policy). Where charges apply, the customer is responsible for payment.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, a handling fee may be deducted from any refund. Please check your local customs office for details before ordering.

8. Payment Options

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Klarna payment options (Pay Later, Pay in 3). For Klarna terms, please see Klarna’s Privacy Notice.

9. Mobile Messaging Terms

By signing up to JLR London’s SMS service, you consent to receive service updates and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For full mobile terms, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the JLR London website are the property of JLR London Leather Goods Ltd. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of our website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLR London is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance.
