Shipping policy
At JLR London, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and safely.
- Standard orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.
- Customised products require up to 7 working days before dispatch.
- Pre-Order items will display their estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email. Some deliveries may require a signature.
UK Deliveries
- Orders over £100 – Free Evri Tracked Delivery (3–5 working days)
- Orders over £100 – Free Royal MailTracked Delivery (3–5 working days)
- Orders under £100 – Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (£4.95) (3–5 working days)

- Express Tracked 24 (Evri) – £9.95 (2 working days)
USA Deliveries
- All orders – Evri Tracked International Delivery (£19.95) (3–7 working days)
Duties and taxes are not covered by JLR London – and you will be contacted by the courier to make a separate payment for this
Australia Deliveries
- All orders - Royal Mail International Delivery ($49.99) (3–10 working days)
We cover Vat for EU customers, except in Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland. Taxes and duties may be applicable.
UAE Deliveries
- Evri Tracked International Delivery AED 150.00 (3–10 working days)
- A PO Box address is required for all shipments. Duties and taxes are not included in your delivery cost.
Rest of World Deliveries
- All orders – Evri Tracked International Delivery (£19.95) (6–10 working days)
For countries outside the regions above, customs charges and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We ship all international orders with our courier EVRI - They will send you an email directly to your confirmed email address. You will be required to make payment for the Tax and duties in your country before receipting your order.

Order Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it due to third-party fulfilment processing.
If you experience an issue with deliverability of your order, our terms require that we allow 14 days for the item to be deemed missing and then we will issue a replacement. We do not issue refunds on misplaced orders.
